Essential Skills, Experience & QualificationsProven experience as a Spanish-English Interpreter in a professional or corporate environment is a plus, not a mustExcellent verbal communication and listening skills in both languagesSpanish proficiency: Native/Bilingual (C2)English proficiency: Full Professional / Fluent (C1/C2)Strong ability to interpret accurately and efficiently in real timeHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and cultural awarenessAbility to work on-site in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholdersPrevious experience in customer support, BPO, operations, or international business environments is a plus
