Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and maintaining scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment. Collaborate closely with senior developers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs. Implement responsive UI components and ensure high performance across various devices and browsers. Test and debug applications to ensure optimal functionality and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Document code and processes to support future maintenance and updates. Engage in regular team meetings to share progress, challenges, and updates. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proficiency in web development and software development principles. Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as React.js. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for coding. Experience with database management, preferably MongoDB. Basic knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus. Previous internship or project experience related to web development is desirable.
