Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain mining equipment safely and efficiently every day. Perform regular safety inspections of equipment and mining areas to ensure compliance with protocols. Assist in diamond extraction and processing according to established guidelines. Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to maintain smooth operations. Attend safety meetings and training to stay updated on industry standards. Report equipment or safety issues promptly to management. Keep accurate records of production and maintenance activities. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in mining or heavy labor environments is preferred. Strong dedication to safety practices and procedures. Ability to work well within a team and follow supervisor instructions. Familiarity with mining equipment and operations is advantageous. Physical fitness to meet the demands of the role. This position requires working closely with a diverse team of professionals in a structured and safety-focused environment. You will report directly to the Mine Operations Supervisor and collaborate with engineering and safety teams to support operational success.
