Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mobile devices using advanced chip design and schematic design methods. Perform thorough testing to ensure devices function properly after repairs. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Document repair processes and outcomes for quality control and continuous improvement. Stay current with the latest mobile device technologies and repair techniques. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and advising on device maintenance. Participate in team meetings to share project updates and best practices. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. Strong skills in Chip Design and Schematic Design. Proficient with industry-standard repair tools and software. Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile device repair or similar roles. Relevant certifications in electronics or mobile technologies are a plus.
