📢 We’re Hiring: Mortgage Pipeline Coordinator (Managua) We’re looking for an organized and reliable person to help our mortgage team keep every loan file accurate, updated, and moving forward.In simple terms, this person will: ✅ Enter new loans into our tracking system✅ Confirm that borrower, property, and loan information is correct✅ Contact Loan Officers each week for updates✅ Update loan stages, closing dates, and important milestones✅ Track upcoming deadlines and send reminders✅ Follow up when information is missing or outdated✅ Help management maintain a clear and accurate loan pipeline This position will support home purchases, refinances, and HELOCs. The ideal candidate:• Is highly organized and detail-oriented• Communicates confidently in English by phone and email• Follows up consistently without needing constant reminders• Can manage several files and deadlines at the same time• Learns new software quickly• Handles confidential information responsibly Mortgage or real estate experience is preferred, but it is not required. We will provide training on our systems and processes. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership. If information is missing, you follow up. If a deadline is approaching, you communicate it. If something looks outdated, you investigate and update it.
