Multimedia Digital Creatives

The Digital Creatives Associate is an essential support function within the Creatives Team, providing technical skills and document-focused assistance that transforms creative concepts into compelling visual campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the team throughout the content design process, handling pre-production and ensuring the creative studio and equipment are well-maintained
- Work alongside with the Photographer by assisting with technical setups (camera, lighting, audio) and the secondary upload manager and ensuring additional content
- Execute photo and video editing, professional retouching, color grading, and meticulous organization of all digital files for archiving and distribution

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Multimedia, or any related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premier Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom) and familiarity with basic camera and lighting operation
- Strong pre-production and setup strategy, with knowledge on creating a plan and setting up shots
- Knowledge on the operation of professional lighting, and social media content creation
- Must be able to work fast-paced environment
- Interest in fashion retail and social media trends, with a good eye for styling and prop preparation is a plus
