Key Responsibilities Collaborate with IT consultants to design and support robust IT infrastructure solutions, integrating AutoCAD skills where applicable. Manage installation and configuration of network hardware and software at customer sites, ensuring seamless deployment. Lead proof of concept (POC) demonstrations using real use cases to validate network designs and security solutions. Set and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly learning and certification goals to ensure continuous professional development. Participate in the 90-day certification challenge focusing on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP to enhance cloud networking expertise. Gain hands-on experience and certifications from top OEM partners including Palo Alto, Trend Micro, Sophos, and others. Support network security initiatives covering VAPT, application security, compliance audits, and risk assessments. Work with advanced technologies including Network Security, Web Security, Email Security, Endpoint Security, Server Security, CAS/CASB, and SASE frameworks. What We're Looking For Required: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members. Analytical and logical thinking with a fast learning ability to adapt to evolving technologies. Interest or ability to learn AutoCAD drawing, especially beneficial for candidates with Mechanical, Civil, or Technical Diplomas. Organizational skills to set and achieve structured learning and certification goals. Preferred: CCNA certification or equivalent foundational networking knowledge. Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and eagerness to pursue certifications. Experience or exposure to network security tools and compliance frameworks.
