About the role

The Network Solutions Architect designs, supports, and maintains technology infrastructure for clients, serving as a strategic advisor and technical expert to help ensure network systems are secure, reliable, and tailored to client needs. The position requires regular travel to client facilities across the island. Remote work is not available.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, assess IT needs, and deliver customized solutions.
- Install, configure, and support hardware, software, networks, servers, and wireless systems.
- Manage and monitor network security, including firewalls, antivirus, access controls, and group policies.
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and Wi-Fi controllers.
- Support the deployment, maintenance, and upgrades of Windows and/or Linux servers, cloud environments, and virtualization platforms.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support, including troubleshooting, user training, and onboarding.
- Maintain and organize databases, and analyze performance trends to assist in decision-making.
- Document system changes and create clear, user-friendly technical guides.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and remote personnel to coordinate infrastructure.
