Night Staff

Guest House KURA is looking for a night lounge member for one month in September. Guest House KURA (ゲストハウス蔵) is a small, friendly guesthouse located in Suzaka, Nagano—about 30 minutes from Nagano City. We welcome guests from Japan and all over the world. Your main role is to spend time with our guests in the lounge, chat with them, play games, and help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere! ■ Period September (one month) ■ Visa requirement Applicants must have a valid Working Holiday visa for Japan covering the entire month of September. ■ Working hours 5 nights per week From 9:00 PM until the lounge closes ■ What you’ll do ・Chat and spend time with guests ・Play games together ・Help create a friendly atmosphere in the lounge ■ Accommodation Free live-in accommodation is provided. You will have your own private staff room. ■ Meals Meals are not included, but you are welcome to use the shared kitchen freely. ■ We are looking for someone who is: ・Friendly and outgoing ・Happy to meet and talk with people from different countries ・Responsible and positive ・Able to speak some Japanese — a big plus! ・No previous guesthouse experience required If you’re tired of busy city life and would like to experience a quieter lifestyle in the Japanese countryside while meeting people from around the world, this could be a great opportunity for you!
