Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and JavaScript (ES6+). Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide constructive feedback to team members. Participate in the full software development lifecycle: planning, design, development, testing, and deployment. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement. Create documentation for code and processes to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing. Work closely with a collaborative team on projects that push technology boundaries. Your success will be measured by delivering new features efficiently, improving application performance, and ensuring user satisfaction. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Proficient in Node.js and JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with version control systems such as Git. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork ability. Minimum 2 years of software development experience. This position is based in Waxhaw, NC and is not remote eligible. Competitive salary of $5,000 per month.
