Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care by administering medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Assist in coordinating patient discharge plans, offering clear education on home care and health management to promote successful recovery. What We're Looking For Required: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS). Strong patient care and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment. Preferred: Experience in a clinical setting; new graduates are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
