Key Responsibilities Manage inventory levels by tracking stock movements accurately to ensure timely replenishment and avoid shortages. Maintain precise records of inventory and office supplies using data entry software, ensuring data integrity and availability for audits. Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize stock needs and assist in scheduling deliveries to optimize workflow. Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing clear information on product availability and order status to enhance customer satisfaction. Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean, efficient office environment that supports productivity and safety standards. Communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and resolve any supply chain issues promptly. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and address inventory discrepancies or operational challenges, minimizing downtime. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration is a plus. Proven experience in inventory management and office administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and time management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, vendors, and team members. Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with scheduling tools and inventory software.
