Job Requirements:
- Qualifications: Degree in Event Management or related field
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong event coordination and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers and event teams
- Ability to work under pressure and troubleshoot and issue resolution
- Flexible with working hours and travel
- Passionate about events and hospitality

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate event operations on-site
- Liaise with clients, resorts, suppliers and event teams
- Ensure event setups are completed according to plan and schedule
- Coordinate event movements and event logistics
- Assist with guest and client requirements during events
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure smooth event execution
