Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms to maximize sales. Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and retain customers effectively. Engage with customers via social media, responding promptly to inquiries and providing excellent support. Analyze sales data and market trends to guide product offerings and marketing efforts. Collaborate with marketing to create compelling promotional content and campaigns. Regularly update product descriptions and pricing based on thorough market research. Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer buying experience. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proven experience in sales or e-commerce, preferably in online retail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with social media platforms and online selling tools. Ability to analyze sales metrics and performance data. Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, or similar is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat, Gujarat. You will collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams and report directly to the E-commerce Manager to align on goals and performance. Salary: ₹30,000 per month.
