📍 LocationHybrid – 2 days in-office (flexible)📌 Must be based in Buenos Aires (CABA), Argentina
🕒 ScheduleShifts: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM (with a 1-hour break)Includes weekend shifts (Sat or Sun)5x2 scheduleNight shift coverage (2 weeks, twice a year)
🎯 What You’ll DoDeliver operational support & ensure excellent customer experienceManage requests across communication channelsHandle inquiries pre, during & post travelCoordinate with local & international suppliersSupport clients across TBO products & servicesProactively solve operational issues
✅ What We’re Looking ForDegree or advanced studies in Tourism or related fields or Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is required, preferably within the hospitality sectorAdvanced English (mandatory)CRM knowledge is a plusStrong communication & customer focusAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProactive, solution-oriented mindset
