Operations Manager

1. Experience in operation and maintenance (O&M) of at least two photovoltaic (PV) power plants of equivalent (19.9MW) or larger scale; electrical or other related professional background; O&M-related certifications/electrical engineer certificates preferred.
2. Familiar with relevant standards for PV power plant performance and O&M, such as IEC-61724, 62446, and RETIE specifications.
3. Familiar with PV power plant performance metrics (PR) calculation methods and able to complete them using tools such as Excel or Python.
4. Familiar with the cause analysis and handling methods for common PV power plant faults.
5. Able to independently complete the submission of power plant performance data and O&M reports, and the analysis of the causes of performance deviations; able to proactively take optimization measures based on the analysis results.
6. Possesses good communication and coordination skills; able to supervise/guide contractors to complete preventative maintenance work on time; and organize O&M contractors and equipment OEMs to handle equipment faults promptly.
7. English proficiency is required as a working language.
