Operations Manager

The Experts Manager leads the regional Experts program, ensuring effective execution, financial control, team performance, and alignment with Samsung.
Key Responsibilities
Budget Control: Own the regional budget, track monthly spending, identify efficiencies, and provide financial reporting to Samsung.Vendor Management: Manage and negotiate vendor agreements related to prizes, logistics, platforms, BOMs, and quotations, ensuring competitive costs and quality execution.Results Analysis: Monitor KPIs across markets, analyze performance, identify opportunities or gaps, and coordinate corrective actions.Team Leadership: Manage regional headcount, establish priorities, oversee performance, and support team development.Program Leadership: Define the program strategy and lead planning and execution across markets, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and according to objectives.Samsung PIC: Serve as the main point of contact for Samsung, managing ongoing alignment, approvals, key decisions, and quarterly business reviews.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Finance, or a related field.5+ years of experience in program/project management, retail, marketing, or similar roles.Experience managing budgets, vendors, and regional operations.Strong understanding of KPIs, reporting, and performance analysis.Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.Ability to manage multiple markets, projects, and priorities simultaneously.Advanced English
