OPT Recruiter US Staffing

Source and recruit OPT/STEM candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media. Build and maintain a strong database of OPT/STEM candidates. Screen candidates based on technical skills, visa status, and client requirements. Coordinate interviews, process STEM/OPT offer letters, and manage onboarding. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and consultants. Ensure timely submission of high-quality candidate profiles to clients. Achieve recruitment targets and maintain daily recruitment reports. ✅ 1–3+ years of experience in OPT Recruitment / US Staffing. ✅ Hands-on experience in processing and handling STEM/OPT offer letters (Mandatory). ✅ Strong knowledge of OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, H1B, and the US Staffing process. ✅ Experience with Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing platforms. ✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. ✅ Existing OPT/STEM candidate database and vendor/client network will be an added advantage. ✅ Ability to work independently in a remote (WFH) environment.
