By eliminating operational fragmentation and enabling real-time data syncing, Appcoders helps organizations build sustainable technical advantages rather than scaling chaos.Role Description The Oracle NetSuite Functional Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Panama City, with flexibility for partial work from home. In this role, the specialist will configure and optimize NetSuite modules to support multi-entity corporate workflows, including finance, operations, and reporting. Daily responsibilities include gathering and translating business requirements into NetSuite solutions, designing workflows, dashboards, and custom fields, and coordinating system integrations with other enterprise tools. The specialist will support end users through training, documentation, and troubleshooting, while collaborating with technical teams on enhancements, testing, and deployment. The role also involves continuous process improvement, data quality oversight, and alignment of NetSuite functionality with Appcoders’ operational AI and systems architecture strategies.Qualifications Strong NetSuite functional skills, including experience with core modules such as financials, order management, inventory, procurement, and CRM.Proficiency in business process analysis and requirements gathering, with the ability to translate operational needs into system configurations and workflows.Experience with ERP implementations or optimizations, especially in multi-entity or complex corporate environments.Understanding of system integration concepts (APIs, data mapping, ETL, middleware) and collaboration with technical teams on integrations.Skills in data management, including data validation, migration support, reporting, and dashboard creation for decision-making.Ability to create user documentation, deliver training, and provide ongoing functional support to cross-functional stakeholders.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on operational efficiency.Effective spoken and written communication skills in a professional environment and ability to work in a hybrid setup with distributed teams.Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Prior experience with NetSuite certifications, other ERP platforms, or operational AI solutions is a plus.
