Key Responsibilities Efficiently pack products according to quality standards and specifications. Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory for easy accessibility. Follow safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Use packing materials effectively to minimize waste while ensuring product safety. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Perform regular quality checks on items being packed to ensure adherence to company standards. Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in packing or similar roles. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Familiarity with packing materials and safety standards. Relevant certifications in packing or logistics are a plus. The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team, reporting directly to the Operations Supervisor.
