Key Responsibilities Accurately pack products into designated boxes and containers while maintaining quality control standards. Perform routine inspections of packaged goods to ensure compliance with company specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace. Operate packaging machinery, including making adjustments and minor troubleshooting as needed. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets. Participate in inventory transactions and keep accurate documentation of packed goods. Follow safety protocols and company policies to maintain workplace safety and hygiene. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Strong attention to detail to ensure quality packaging and labeling. Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or similar environments preferred. Basic knowledge of packaging machinery is advantageous. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate-weight boxes. This full-time position offers a collaborative work environment where your efforts directly impact operational efficiency and product delivery. Remote work eligibility is available for this role. Salary: ZAR 18,000 per month.
