Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer experience and share best practices. Stay informed about company products, services, and policies. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with customer service software is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs.
