This role is essential for delivering outstanding customer experiences and offers flexible hours in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Resolve customer issues efficiently, focusing on effective solutions. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Identify and escalate priority concerns to ensure timely resolution. Provide detailed product and service information to customers. Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer experience and share best practices. Stay informed about company products, services, and policies. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with customer service software is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs.
