Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, customized lessons in Mandarin and Spanish tailored to individual student needs. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes. Create a fun, interactive classroom atmosphere that encourages active student participation. Develop innovative instructional materials to enhance language understanding and interest. Collaborate with fellow educators to provide an integrated and cohesive learning experience. Maintain regular communication with parents about student progress and address any concerns. Engage in professional development and training to continuously improve teaching skills. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field required. Preferred experience teaching Mandarin and/or Spanish language courses. Strong patience, creativity, lesson planning, and communication skills. Familiarity with language instruction software and educational tools. 1-3 years of teaching experience preferred.
