Speech Language Pathologist Job in Rialto, CA for SY 2026-27

Every Special Child is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Rialto, California for the 2026-27 school year. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to improve students' communication skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistent communication strategies.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development.
• Stay current on best practices and research in speech-language pathology.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a school setting preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with speech therapy software and tools.
• 1-3 years of professional experience preferred.
