Speech Language Pathologist Job in Rialto, CA for SY 2026-27

Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs. Provide direct therapy services to improve students’ communication skills. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistent communication strategies. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development. Stay current with best practices and research in speech-language pathology. Required and Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in a school setting preferred but not required. Familiarity with speech therapy software and tools. 1-3 years of professional experience preferred.
