Boat Town is expanding its service department and looking for a dedicated Parts Specialist to manage inventory, order and track parts, and support the service team. This full-time role requires strong communication, customer service skills, and a detail-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with service and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate parts ordering Communicate effectively when parts arrive and update team members Maintain and track inventory systems to ensure accuracy Assist with overall service department operations Provide excellent customer service including checkouts and phone support Candidate Requirements: Previous experience in retail, inventory management, or similar roles preferred Basic mechanical and parts knowledge in automotive or marine industries is highly desirable High energy, strong work ethic, and ability to multitask effectively Organized, responsible, and excellent communication skills Team player who can work on-site Tuesday through Saturday at our Boston location Compensation: Flexible and based on experience.
