Key Responsibilities Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to boost satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct regular client follow-ups to understand their payment needs and offer customized solutions. Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and positive user experience with Paytm services. Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Paytm products to increase customer engagement. Monitor payment transactions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient processing for clients. Collaborate closely with sales, customer support, and finance teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions. Track and analyze key performance indicators related to client relationships and payment processing efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum education: High school graduate (10th Pass) is mandatory. Proven experience in sales or relationship management, preferably within financial technology. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively. Familiarity with digital payment solutions and related tools is a plus.
