📢 We’re Hiring: Payroll SupervisorWe are looking for an experienced Payroll Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine strong payroll expertise, knowledge of Guatemalan labor and tax regulations, analytical capabilities, and proven experience leading a payroll team.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in Payroll.Strong knowledge of Guatemalan labor legislation, payroll regulations, and local taxes.Proven experience managing payroll processes for 500+ employees.Previous experience leading or supervising a team of at least 5 employees.Strong knowledge of payroll processes, reconciliations, controls, and reporting.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:XLOOKUP/VLOOKUPSUMIFSIF statementsReconciliationsData validationManagement and analysis of large datasetsPayroll reportingStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.Good to HaveExperience with payroll systems such as Evolution and Workday (WD).English proficiency is desirable, particularly for communication with regional or international stakeholders.Key CompetenciesPeople LeadershipPayroll ExpertiseAnalytical ThinkingAttention to DetailProblem SolvingStakeholder ManagementCompliance & ControlsResults OrientationIf you have strong payroll experience and are ready to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you!
