PEGA Business Analyst

Gather and document business requirements for Pega implementations. Create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications. Work on Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance use cases, including: Loan Servicing, Policy Management, Trade Reconciliation. Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure compliance with business rules. Support UAT, user training, and successful solution delivery. 3–5 years of Business Analyst experience with exposure to Pega projects. Knowledge of Pega Infinity Platform and Constellation UX. Understanding of Common Data Model and integration touchpoints. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Pega Business Architect Certification.
