Monitor quality control processes to maintain the highest standards in every batch. Implement training programs for new hires and support ongoing staff development. Analyze production data and generate reports to support continuous improvement. Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations. Participate in team meetings to discuss goals, performance, and strategic initiatives. Required and Preferred Qualifications Matric Certificate or equivalent. Proven leadership experience in team-oriented settings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
