Cheri Maree is hiring a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Outbound to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa . This full-time role is essential for driving our sales growth through effective lead generation and client engagement in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads. Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage all prospect interactions efficiently. Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve lead conversion rates. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to communicate benefits effectively. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients as required. Consistently meet and exceed daily and monthly sales activity targets. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in sales strategy and prospecting. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Familiarity with CRM software for managing sales activities. 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development preferred.
