Customer Checkout: Greet customers warmly, scan merchandise, and process cash, credit, debit, and digital payments quickly and accurately.
Point of Sale (POS) Management: Issue receipts, process refunds, apply coupons, and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts.
Customer Service: Answer customer inquiries regarding product prices, promotions, and store locations with a helpful attitude.
Bagging & Packaging: Pack customer items carefully and securely to prevent damage.
Front-End Maintenance: Keep register counters, checkout lanes, and surrounding display racks clean, stocked, and clutter-free.
•High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
•Previous cash handling or retail checkout experience is a plus (training will be provided)
•Strong basic math skills and familiarity with POS equipment/touchscreens.
•Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and flexible to work weekends or holidays as scheduled.
