Key Responsibilities Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to optimize time efficiency. Maintain accurate and organized files and documentation to ensure quick retrieval and compliance with company policies. Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite to support informed decision-making. Coordinate meetings by arranging logistics, setting agendas, and recording minutes for effective follow-up and accountability. Serve as a professional liaison between executives and internal departments, facilitating clear and timely communication. Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Contribute to process improvements that enhance administrative efficiency and team productivity. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role preferred. Preferred: Experience working in safety equipment or manufacturing industries is a plus. Familiarity with new digital tools and office technologies.
