Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Secretary to the Managing Director to join our dynamic team in Delhi, India. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment that values efficiency and professionalism. As a Personal Secretary, you will be instrumental in managing the Managing Director’s daily activities, enhancing overall organizational productivity. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the Managing Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and other essential documents. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, addressing inquiries and directing them appropriately. Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, progress, and deliverables. Coordinate important meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and distributed in advance. Support development and implementation of office administrative procedures to improve workflow efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and team members to foster collaboration. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably supporting senior management. Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with project management tools. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
