Engen is looking for a friendly and welcoming Petrol Attendant to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, South Africa . Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers warmly. Operate fuel dispensers and ensure smooth petrol transactions. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the forecourt and surrounding areas. Assist customers with fuel and shop product inquiries. Handle cash and process payments accurately and efficiently. Support stock management and inventory control for shop items. Participate in team meetings and training to improve service delivery. Required and Preferred Qualifications Education: Matric Certificate. Skills: Strong customer service skills with a warm demeanor. Experience: Previous retail or service experience preferred. Certifications: Customer service training is a plus but not required. Software/Tools: Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is advantageous. At Engen, teamwork and collaboration are key.
