Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers with fuel purchases and ensuring a positive experience. Operate fuel dispensers efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the forecourt to create a welcoming environment. Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently. Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information about products and services. Report safety hazards or equipment malfunctions promptly to management. Assist with stock management and replenishment in the convenience store area. Required and Preferred Qualifications Matric Certificate is required. Proven customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism. Valid driver’s license is an advantage. Previous experience as a petrol attendant or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
