Phone Screening Recruiter

About the role

Outsourcing Services International | OSI is looking for a recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring employees. The recruiter collaborates with department managers and proactively identifies future hiring needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone screenings to assess applicants’ minimum qualifications and basic communication skills.
• Meet daily and weekly quotas for phone interview passers moving to the next recruitment stage.
• Enter accurate information in process trackers and the applicant database in a timely manner.
• Monitor online resume databases and other resources.
• Attend team meetings and calibration sessions with recruitment specialists.
• Support back-office and administrative work for the phone screening process.
• Assist with walk-in recruiting and off-site recruiting activities.

Requirements

• Recruiting or similar work experience is desirable.
• Studies in Psychology or a business-related field are desirable.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
• Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal matters, job analysis, wage and salary trends, and relationship management.
• Ability to source and attract qualified individuals through cold calling, advertising, networking, and referrals.
• Customer service and technical skills or experience.
• Strong command of MS Office, email, recruiting software, and social media sources.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; 80% proficiency is desirable.
• Flexibility, ability to multitask and process high volumes of phone interviews and reports, solid oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, and decision-making skills.
