First Steps Child Development Neuro Rehab Center is hiring a compassionate and skilled Physiotherapist specializing in Pediatric Rehabilitation to join our healthcare team in Faridabad, Haryana, India. This full-time role focuses on supporting the physical development and rehabilitation of children with diverse conditions, making a meaningful impact on their lives and families. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the physical abilities and limitations of pediatric patients. Create and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs. Deliver effective therapeutic interventions in both individual and group therapy sessions. Maintain detailed patient records to monitor progress and adjust treatments as needed. Communicate clearly and empathetically with children and their families to ensure treatment adherence and understanding. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, occupational therapists, and speech therapists to provide integrated patient care. Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with advancements in pediatric rehabilitation. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s (BPT) or Master’s (MPT) degree in Physiotherapy, preferably with a specialization in Pediatrics or Neurology. Proven experience in pediatric physiotherapy or related rehabilitation fields is highly desirable. Strong skills in patient assessment and treatment planning. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated compassion, teamwork, punctuality, and goal-oriented approach. Familiarity with patient management and record-keeping software.
