Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments to determine physical abilities and rehabilitation needs. Create personalized treatment plans using manual therapy and exercise techniques. Educate patients and families on rehabilitation methods, self-care, and progress monitoring. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes. Track and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed for effective recovery. Participate in community outreach to increase awareness and access to rehabilitation services. Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance clinical skills. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution. Strong skills in patient assessment, manual therapy, education, teamwork, and empathy. Experience in community health settings is preferred. Relevant physiotherapy certifications are a plus but not mandatory. Familiarity with physiotherapy software tools is advantageous.
