About the role

KogniVera is hiring a Technical Program / Delivery Manager to serve as the primary onsite point of contact between the client, business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and offshore delivery teams. The role manages complex Retail, eCommerce, B2B and/or B2C technology programs and translates client business problems into executable delivery strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, budgets, and delivery commitments.
• Build integrated project plans, including critical path analysis, and coordinate onsite and offshore/global delivery teams across multiple time zones.
• Lead Development, QA, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Data, Product, Business, Operations, and external vendors.
• Drive projects from discovery and estimation through development, QA/UAT, production release, go-live, hypercare, and stabilization.
• Manage RAID, change control, decision logs, escalation paths, and executive governance.
• Resolve delivery conflicts, handle client escalations, and develop recovery plans before issues reach executive leadership.
• Present delivery options based on time, cost, scope, risk, quality, and business impact; manage Go/No-Go decisions and production readiness.
• Identify client pain points and opportunities for the delivery organization to add value and expand the engagement.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Ability to understand client business problems, anticipate risks, and recommend Plan A, Plan B, and Plan C when delivery is challenged.
