HVAC Sales Position (Pittsfield)

We are a design build custom HVAC solutions company located in Pittsfield, MA. We specialize in VRF/VRV systems, mini splits, and Dual Fuel solutions. The ideal candidate is a person familiar with different types of HVAC systems. The right person is looking to expand their career regardless of current experience levels. Someone just starting in the trades or someone looking to get out of a truck and put the tools away. Paid training will be made available and back up support is always available. You will be asked to learn the Mass Save program and accomodate the process with potential clients. You will be trained on selling mini splits at first and your growth path will lead you to design build construction sales. We do all designs in house. We do all of our own drawings, heat loads, and pricing. You will have all the support you need working with the owner. There has never been a shortage of sales leads. The sales pipeline has been established and constant for many years. We have a very high closing rate. This position is a growth position to assist the existing sales team and eventually lead a sales team. We have consitantly grown for 21+ years.
