Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage job postings across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop precise job specifications. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions. Schedule interviews and maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate source effectiveness. Work closely with the HR team to enhance the candidate experience and streamline recruitment processes. Assist with onboarding new hires to facilitate a smooth transition into the company. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse candidate pool. Previous recruitment or similar experience preferred. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant tools.
