Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy applications using Microsoft Power Apps to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. Maintain and optimize existing Power Platform applications ensuring high performance and reliability. Participate actively in project planning, providing technical insights and solutions to challenges. Document application features, integrations, and support processes for internal use and training. Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure quality and compliance with standards. Mentor junior developers and team members on effective use of Power Apps and related technologies. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience developing applications with Power Apps. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform components including Power Automate and Power BI (preferred). Experience with Agile and DevOps software development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Microsoft Power Platform certification is a plus. This contract role offers an annual pay of $100,000 and requires onsite presence in Moline, Illinois .
