PP Analyst

ObjectiveExecute Accounts Payable (P2P) processes accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring the proper processing of invoices in accordance with the company’s policies, procedures, and established service levels. Provide operational support to vendors and internal customers to ensure business continuity and the efficiency of financial operations.
ResponsibilitiesReceive, validate, and process vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with internal policies, agreed terms, and established KPIs.Ensure invoices are accurately recorded and processed within the established deadlines.Respond to vendor and internal customer inquiries related to invoicing and payments.Prepare and support the development of analytical reports and accounting schedules.Identify process issues, operational risks, and recurring rework, and propose opportunities for improvement.Resolve operational issues within the Accounts Payable process and escalate cases to the supervisor when necessary.Actively collaborate with the Finance team and other business areas to ensure an efficient and smooth P2P process.
RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Preferred: Technical education in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in administrative or financial processes.Previous experience in Accounts Payable (P2P) or a Shared Services environment is preferred.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar business tools.Advanced English proficiency is required, including reading, writing, and basic verbal communication.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
