Key Responsibilities Design and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the individual needs of young children. Create a supportive, stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning. Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to promote growth. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student achievements and areas for improvement. Manage classroom behavior with patience and conflict resolution skills to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. Encourage creativity through arts, music, and play-based learning activities. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum development and student experiences. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field. Strong interpersonal skills emphasizing patience and effective communication. Creativity in lesson planning and classroom activities. Experience managing classrooms in early childhood education settings. Familiarity with educational tools and technology. Prior preschool or early education teaching experience preferred.
