Key Responsibilities Deliver technical presentations showcasing product capabilities. Lead proof of concept sessions to validate product fit for clients. Engage directly with customers to understand requirements and facilitate smooth onboarding. Collaborate with sales teams to align solutions with client needs. Create and update technical documentation and training materials. Collect and communicate customer feedback to product development. Support initiatives to improve onboarding processes and customer satisfaction. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Proven experience in technical presentations and customer engagement. Strong skills in managing proof of concept processes. Familiarity with industry-standard pre-sales and onboarding tools. 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
