🔎 From Key People HR, we are looking for 2 Store Sales Associates to join an important premium retail company.📍 Location: Palermo, CABA🕐 Working hours:• Position 1: Monday to Saturday, 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM• Position 2: Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM + Saturdays, 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM🏢 Work modality: On-siteThe main objective of the position is to provide a premium and personalized customer experience, advising customers and accompanying them throughout the entire purchasing process.🔹 Responsibilities:• Provide personalized customer service and sales assistance.• Identify customer needs and recommend products accordingly.• Manage sales and contribute to the achievement of commercial targets.• Handle cash register operations and perform daily store-related tasks.• Maintain the store's organization, presentation and overall appearance.🔹 Requirements:• Previous experience in sales and customer service.• Previous cash-handling experience.• Advanced English – mandatory.• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.• Dynamic, proactive and solution-oriented profile.• Ability to work independently with a strong commercial mindset.• A strong entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine focus on creating a differentiated customer experience will be highly valued.📩 Interested candidates: Please send your CV to [email protected]
