About the role
The engineering team is responsible for the structural integrity, performance, and certification support of aerospace components and systems. It collaborates with global engineering teams to develop solutions, perform structural analyses, and support compliance with aerospace industry standards and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage moderately sized structural analysis projects with significant impact on organizational objectives.
- Perform advanced structural analyses for aircraft components and systems using analytical and finite element methods.
- Evaluate load paths and support airframe design activities involving metallic and composite structures.
- Conduct and review analyses related to static strength, durability (LCF and HCF), damage tolerance, EBU, actuation systems, and nacelle structures.
- Research and integrate industry best practices to develop technical solutions.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and engineering documentation to support design decisions and certification activities.
- Collaborate with international engineering teams and provide technical guidance to lower-level engineers.
- Improve existing processes, tools, and systems, and support structural testing activities.
- Interpret material behavior and properties for metallic and composite materials.
- Support and conduct technical presentations (CDR and PDR).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Mechatronics, Mechanic, and Aerospace.
- Minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience.
