Role Description The Process Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Lima, focused on analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes to support operational efficiency and digital transformation initiatives. In this role, the Process Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to map current workflows, identify bottlenecks, gather requirements, and propose optimized processes aligned with organizational goals and client needs. Daily responsibilities include conducting data-driven analysis, preparing process documentation and reports, supporting implementation of new or revised processes, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement. The Process Analyst will also facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders, contribute to standardization of best practices, and assist in training team members on updated procedures and tools.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based process recommendations.Experience in business process improvement, focusing on optimizing workflows, reducing inefficiencies, and enhancing operational performance.Knowledge of business process management methodologies, including process mapping, modeling, and governance.Understanding of business process concepts, lifecycle management, and alignment of processes with organizational strategy.Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, document processes clearly, and present findings and recommendations.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced certifications in process management (e.g., BPM, Lean, Six Sigma) are an advantage.Experience working with process modeling tools or workflow software and familiarity with data analysis tools or spreadsheets.Ability to work on-site in Lima, manage multiple initiatives, and adapt to a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.Previous experience in industries such as logistics, manufacturing, ports, or enterprise solutions is beneficial.
