Key Responsibilities Review and moderate social media content received from the Content Development Team to ensure compliance with client guidelines and quality standards. Refine content for accuracy, engagement, and alignment with brand voice, enhancing overall user experience. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and improve content quality continuously. Ensure timely preparation and handoff of moderated content to the Content Dissemination Team for publishing.
