Senior Process Improvement & Project Management Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Improvement & Project Management Consultant to lead enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives and strategic projects that drive operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead process improvement and business transformation initiatives.Manage cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.Analyze, document, and optimize business processes using Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.Facilitate stakeholder meetings, process mapping workshops, and organizational change initiatives.Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in healthcare or health insurance.Experience leading enterprise process improvement initiatives.Knowledge of Business Process Improvement, Process Mapping, Project Management, and Organizational Change Management.Fully bilingual (English & Spanish).
PreferredLean Six Sigma Green Belt (or equivalent).Experience with ITIL, COBIT, CMMI, SIPOC, Medicaid/Medicare, and healthcare operations.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Technical SkillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPointMicrosoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar PM softwareProcess Mapping toolsData analysis and reporting
